Booking & Arrival

1. How do I get to the apartment?

You'll receive a booking details with the location and directions. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us.

2. What are the check-in and check-out windows?

Standard check-in opens at 3:00 PM, and check-out finishes by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or extended departures can be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

3. How do I check in?

You will receive an online check-in link through your booking platform. You should complete the online check-in form, and once it has been submitted successfully, you will be able to instantly download your booking details. You will also receive a confirmation email containing a calendar invitation.

4. How do I get my access codes?

All of our apartments feature self check-in with smart locks. Once you complete the online check-in, your digital entry codes and concierge details will be securely sent to your email before arrival.

5. Is early check-in or late check-out available?

We try to be flexible! Just send us a message-early check-in/late check-out depends on availability and cleaning.

6. Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available. You can find the parking slot number in the booking details sent to your email.

7. Is there Wi-Fi?

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments. You can find the password in the booking details sent to your email.

8. Can I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise arranged prior to booking.

9. Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.

10. Are parties or events allowed?

No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed. We follow Airbnb's and Booking.com's strict guest conduct policies to maintain a peaceful environment.

11. Is tap water safe to drink?

Tap water in Dubai is generally safe, but we recommend avoiding it for drinking and using bottled water instead for drinking and cooking. Tap water is suitable for showering and personal hygiene.

12. Is the apartment private or shared?

All our listings are entire homes, offering full privacy during your stay.

13. Can I cook in the apartment?

Yes, all our homes have a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, cookware, and appliances.

1. What essentials are included in the unit?

We supply crisp linens, plush fresh towels, high-end guest toiletries, tableware, basic cookware, and foundational kitchen utilities right out of the gate.

2. Are towels, linens, and toiletries provided?

Yes! We provide clean towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and other basic amenities.
