With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for connecting people, he plays a key role in building relationships, discovering new opportunities, optimizing property pricing, and driving the company's growth across new destinations and markets.
A passionate traveler at heart, he enjoys exploring new places, meeting people from different cultures, and discovering hidden gems around the world. Outside of work, he is often planning his next trip, sharing travel stories, making new friends, or finding the best Wi-Fi spots on the go.
Mohammad is the operational and creative engine of Horizon Stay. With a rich background in technology and international project management, he oversees operations, manages financial performance including revenue and expenses, and ensures the business runs efficiently with a strong focus on growth and profitability.
He also leads marketing efforts, including creating and managing content for social media and shaping how Horizon Stay is presented across digital platforms. Beyond the business side, Mohammad is responsible for the company's design direction, from brand identity and user experience to the design, furnishing, and decoration of Horizon Stay apartments. His keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail help create spaces that are both stylish and welcoming, shaping how guests experience Horizon Stay both online and in person.
Outside of work, he is passionate about fitness and living an active lifestyle. He enjoys playing football and believes that discipline, consistency, punctuality, and attention to detail are key values in both life and business. Reem is dedicated to maximizing guest satisfaction, ensuring every Horizon Stay location operates flawlessly while maintaining the company's signature high standards. With a dynamic background spanning high-tech recruitment, sales, marketing, and community building, she thrives on driving scalable growth and delivering measurable results.
She also leads communication with guests and property owners, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. From overseeing daily operations to coordinating with partners and property owners, Reem plays a key role in maintaining the quality, trust, and service excellence that define Horizon Stay.
Outside of work, Reem enjoys discovering new destinations, with Fiji at the top of her travel bucket list. She spends a little too much time watching TV series and has a slight obsession with late-night drives. Known for walking unusually fast and never saying no to pickles, she describes her life story as "Born to be outspoken." If she's choosing breakfast, it's pancakes every time.
